Purpose Of Barrier Arms
Barrier arms (or safety arms) provide protection from falling to the user of a Platform Stairlift. They fold vertically upwards to allow the user on and off of the lift and fold horizontally to 90° during travel and then fold vertically downwards when the lift is folded away.
