Warranty and maintenance

We provide a fully comprehensive parts and labour warranty. Customers also receive two preventative maintenance visits during the first 12 months. Level Access Lifts continues to support its customers by offering an on-going service agreement. We recommend servicing your platform stair lift twice a year to ensure long-term reliability and safety and four times a year when the installation is in a chlorine rich or harsh external environment.
